You must present identification that includes a clear, full-face photograph and your signature. There are no exceptions (GOM §8.6.D). If you are carrying under agency or Company authority, also bring your official credentials; the pilot in command inspects both before boarding (GOM §8.6.E.2).
No firearm is carried without approval from the Director of Operations (GOM §8.6.A).
The firearm goes in an external baggage area out of reach of the cabin, or a trigger lock provided by the Company is placed on it. A customer-provided lock or lockable gun case is not accepted (GOM §8.6.G, §8.6.H).
You place the trigger lock. The pilot in command keeps the key until the flight is complete and the aircraft is unloaded (GOM §8.6.H).
Company employees will not handle the weapon (GOM §8.6.I).
You remove the lock away from the aircraft, off the flight line, and out of public view (GOM §8.6.J). The lock and key are Company property and are returned to the pilot in command (GOM §8.6.K).
No one with a weapon accessible to them during the flight may be served alcohol (GOM §8.6.L).
